Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes for international orders?
Customs duties and local taxes (if applicable) are determined by the destination country's government. These are not included in the shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

What if my carpet arrives damaged?

How do I care for and clean my handmade carpet?
We recommend regular vacuuming (without a beater bar). For liquid spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth—do not rub. Professional carpet cleaning is recommended once a year.
Is it normal for my new carpet to shed?
Yes, it is completely normal for new hand-tufted and woolen carpets to shed loose fibers initially. This is a natural characteristic of the yarn and will subside after a few weeks of regular vacuuming.
Will the colors of the carpet fade over time?
We use premium fade-resistant dyes. However, prolonged exposure to direct, harsh sunlight can cause slight fading over many years. We recommend rotating your rug occasionally for even wear.
